SierraPictures > Bodie Ghost Town An original ghost town from the late 1800s in a state of decay, was made a state historic park by the state of california in 1962 after its name sake William Waterman bodey . A mill was established in 1861 near what is now called Bodie Bluff it all started with 20 miners and grew to around 10,000 people by 1880 . Located off state hwy 395 and 13 mile long dusty road into Bodie.

SierraPictures > Death Valley Racetrack Playa Photo taken at this dry lakebed between the Last Chance Mountain Range to the west and the Cottonwood Mountains to the East. This is the area were very large rocks up to 700 lbs seem to move and leave an erosion marked trail in the dry mud . no one to this date has actually seen one of these rocks move , however there are several theroys on how they move across this dry lake bed. this is a interesting place to visit.
